Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, including date, time, and booking ID.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Payments must be completed prior to booking confirmation.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time to qualify for a refund. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
User Responsibilities
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to book and operate marine equipment. Minors may accompany adult users as guests where permitted.
- Valid ID: All users are required to bring a valid government-issued ID for verification on the day of their booking.
- Safety Compliance: Users must follow all safety guidelines provided by Bahri staff, including the mandatory use of life jackets and adherence to marine safety regulations.
